Peely Base Coat

This 21-free water-based formula creates a protective peel off layer that lets you lift your polish away in seconds. No acetone, no scraping.

NOTE: This is a water-based formula and must be applied with a clean, unlacquered brush (like the one that comes with your bottle) to ensure smooth, clean application.

SHIPPING
- Due to shipping constraints, polish can only be shipped via Ground. Rush shipping is not available.

- Sometimes bottles leak slightly during transit- if there is a small amount of polish on the threads of a bottle you receive, that’s normal! Your polish is still completely new and usable.

- Returns are not accepted at this time, but if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
