Muddy Hems & Flushed Cheeks is a pink nail polish packed with subtle orange-red-pink shimmer. Glistens in the light!
- Opaque in 2-3 coats depending on application.
- I recommend a blurring base coat for most polishes. For longevity and shine, layer under a quick drying top coat. *all swatch photos show polish layered under a top coat*
- This is a 21-free formula (free of 5+ common toxic ingredients often found in mainstream polish including toluene).*
- Each nail polish is created in small batches to ensure freshness and longevity. Due to the handmade nature of this product, slight inconsistencies can be expected.
INSPIRATION This polish is inspired by our girl Lizzy who “dearly loves to walk.” Specifically, the scene in the novel when she walks 3 miles in the mud to visit her sick sister Jane recuperating from an illness at Netherfield Park. Caroline Bingley tries to throw shade at her appearance after she’s gone upstairs to Jane. But Mr. Darcy is quite taken by Lizzy’s fine eyes that are “quite brightened by the exercise.” Both movie adaptations capture Lizzy’s flushed cheeks from the exercise and Darcy’s notice of her vitality and beauty. In that moment, his attraction to her is undeniable.

- Sometimes bottles leak slightly during transit- if there is a small amount of polish on the threads of a bottle you receive, that’s normal! Your polish is still completely new and usable.
