INSPIRATION
Inspired by this quote from Gideon the Ninth:

“Harrowhark said, in the exact sepulchral tones of Marshal Crux: “Death first to vultures and scavengers.”

I always read this as a saying from the Ninth House, an ironic jibe at the nature of the Houses, necromancy, and Harrow herself. The question is - is death a punishment or a reward in the series?
